We've got a crisis here. The government of the US is deciding to outlaw foreign animals (i.e. most birds, lizards, and all ferrets, guinnea pigs, etc.) because, when released to the wild, do damage to our environment. We do more damage than they do.

And shouldn't the gov be worried about stuff like illegal aliens, which is hurting our economy? They shouldn't make PETS illegal!
