For each Catogorie there are posting orders. This is to show you where you are, and arn't aloud to post. you are aloud to reply to all topics on all subjects. But if your *Rank* isnt next to the catagorie then you arnt aloud to post there.

Members cant make announcements, As announcements is for The forum Updates and Deatails and also new stuff to the forum.
